Braai salads
The braai salads we serve with a spit braai are green, potato, coleslaw, beetroot or carrot at R15 a head, and a Greek salad at R20 a head. Roast potatoes in garlic and fresh bread rolls come with every menu at no extra cost.

Choosing salads for a spit braai
A suggestion for the buffet: pair a green salad and a coleslaw with the meat, and add a potato salad. Beetroot and carrot salads add colour to the table. Add pap and gravy when the guest list expects a traditional braai plate.
