Spit braai prices at Spitbraai Cape run from R116 to R272 per person, with a minimum of 25 guests. Every rate includes the chef, carving at the buffet, roast potatoes in garlic, fresh bread rolls, setup and clean-up.

The lamb spit is a flat rate of R150 per person. Each guest is allowed 400 g of raw meat.
What every package includes
- Roast potatoes in garlic and fresh bread rolls
- The spit, rod and fuel for the cook, plus a gazebo over it
- Chafing trays for the buffet and serving utensils
- A chef on site for the whole cook, carving at the buffet
- Setup before and clean-up after

Is there a cheaper menu than lamb?
Yes. Chicken at R116 per person and pork at R129 per person both cost less than the R150 lamb spit.
Is travel included?
Up to 30 km there is no travel fee. From 30 to 50 km the fee is R500 to R800, and from 50 to 100 km it is R1,000 to R1,500. Travel over 100 km is quoted per job.
Are extras charged per head?
Salads, pap and gravy, and cutlery and crockery are charged per head. Cupcakes are priced each, ice cream and fruit salad per serving, and an extra member of service staff is R850 per person, per function.
