What to tell us
The date
And whether it is movable. October and November go first — demand runs about 2.2 times the May figure.
Guest count
Confirmed or best estimate. The minimum is 25; the butcher's order is placed against the number you confirm.
Where
Suburb is enough. Inside greater Cape Town there is no travel fee; outside it we itemise one.
The venue
Specifically whether a charcoal spit is allowed, and whether a vehicle can get reasonably close to where the spit will stand.
Which package
Or just a budget per head, and we will write a menu to it.
Certification
If your guests require a certified caterer, say so now and we will tell you straight whether we are any use to you.
What happens next
- A written quote with the per-head rate, the total and any travel fee itemised.
- The menu in full, including every sauce and dressing if you want the ingredients.
- The butcher's halaal certificate on request, before any deposit.
- A deposit to hold the date. The balance is due on the day.
