Halaal spit braai packages and menu
Four spit braai packages, from the meat-only lamb spit at R165 a head to the two-meat feast at R245, all of them halaal throughout — certified meat from a certified halaal butcher, dedicated pork-free equipment, and no halaal certificate held by us, which is stated here as plainly as we can put it.
The four spit braai packages
Every package is priced per person with a 25-guest minimum and includes 400 g of raw meat a head.

No salad dressing on this list contains wine, wine vinegar or bacon. That is a deliberate restriction and it is why the list is shorter than some.

If none of the four packages fits, tell us the guest count and the budget per head and we will write a menu to it rather than talk you up a tier. The floor is the meat-only spit at R165 — below that there is no lamb, and without the lamb there is no point booking us.
Can I swap items between packages?
Within reason, yes. Swapping a salad or a hot side is no trouble. Swapping the lamb for something else changes the job and the price.
Do you cater vegetarian guests?
We bring a vegetarian hot dish and salads on request, quoted per vegetarian guest. We are honest that a spit braai is not a vegetarian occasion.
Is the chicken halaal too?
Yes. Every protein we buy comes certified from the same halaal butcher. Nothing non-halaal travels in our vehicles or touches our equipment.
